The Centimeter Penthouse is a residential interior design project developed within a compact attic apartment, characterized by irregular geometries and varying ceiling heights.

The intervention arises from the need to transform a limited surface area into a functional, luminous and fluid living space, achieved through careful planimetric redesign and rigorous control of proportions.

Every design decision is guided by the intention to optimize space without compromising perceptual quality.

Precision and lightness

The project is based on a clear principle: every centimeter is designed, nothing is left to chance.

The reduction of superfluous elements allows the space to breathe, while visual continuity amplifies the perception of the apartment’s real dimensions.

The intervention demonstrates how design precision can transform constraints into opportunities.

The home is conceived as a multifunctional open space, where:

coexist within a continuous, bright and flexible environment.

The sleeping area is organized more privately and compactly to ensure comfort and intimacy, while bespoke furnishings allow every portion of available space to be efficiently used.

The material and chromatic palette is restrained and essential:

• light-toned surfaces

• custom-designed furniture
• carefully calibrated color accents

Color is used as a spatial device, capable of defining functions and depth without fragmenting the environment.
